Each year, the “Résidence point de vue - point d’écoute” invites an image artist (filming on roll film) and a sound artist to collaborate on a film on a given theme. For this fourth edition, the starting point for the joint work was the traces of Belgian colonization in the Matongé neighborhood of Brussels.
